Here's
your chance to help out the club we all know and love - and maybe
win yourself £250 in the process.
The deal is simple: A maximum of 200 tickets will be sold at a
tenner a pop to members of the club and our friends and family,
with the proceeds being split between the prize winners and the
club. Please dig deep, and do your best to sell tickets; this
is your club, you take a great deal of enjoyment from playing
for it, and now it's time to put something back.
Full
rules and regs below, but the important thing to remember is to
put your hands in your pockets and buy a ticket. To do so, speak
to your team captain.
Official Rules
1.
The object of the ‘200 Club’ is to raise funds for
Harpenden Hockey Club.
2.
Winning tickets will be established on a draw basis, with each
of the three numbers comprising a ticket drawn separately
3.
Winners names will be posted on the Harpenden Hockey Club web-site
after each of the draws and prizes either paid on the day of
the draw or mailed out on the following Monday
4.
Under no circumstance will a ticket be deemed valid for the
purposes of any draw until payment has been received in full.
5.
Tickets cost £10.00 each and must be paid in full before
the first draw takes place in December.
6.
Each valid ticket is eligible for every draw.
7.
The draws for the 2005-2006 season will take place on 3 occasions:
Christmas Party, 17th December 2005, Rothamsted Pavillion
Saturday 11th February 2006, venue tbc
Annual Dinner, Saturday 1st April 2006, Aldwickbury Golf Club
8.
Prizes for the first two draws will be
First ticket drawn: £150.00
Second ticket drawn: £75.00
Third ticket drawn: £50.00
9.
Prizes for the final draw will be
First ticket drawn: £250.00
Second ticket drawn: £120.00
Third ticket drawn: £80.00
10. These prizes may be reduced if all tickets are not
sold. The committee reserve the right to cancel the whole project
if, in their view, sufficient tickets have not been sold before
the first draw. Under such circumstances, all monies will be
returned immediately
11.
You will be advised of your ticket number eligible for the 3
draws once payment has been received by the club.
