2008 AWARDS DINNER

This year's annual dinner will take place at the Ramada Jarvis in Redbourn, on April 12th. It promises to be a cracking night!

It's a bit of a swanky venue, and has a larger capacity than previous do's so more of us can take part, and the bar stays open until 1am! Can't say fairer than that. (And, for those people who want to really make a night of it, we've even negotiated a special rate for accommodation too!)

Tickets cost £35 per head, which includes a quality three course meal, some alcohol and entertainments. The final 200 club draw will take place, and of course you'll see who walks away with the gongs.

So, reserve your places now, by emailing Social Secretaries Ben Brind and Emma Lythgoe. You'll need to cough up the loot pronto, and choose your meal from the options below:


Starters
1. Duck Terrine with a Herb Salad and Onion Marmalade
2. Melon and Prosciutto Ham with a Raspberry dressing
3. Warm Goats Cheese and Caramelised Onion Tarte with a Herb Salad and Balsamic Dressing (V)

Main Course
1. Breast of Chicken stuffed with fresh Leeks served with a cream of
Mushroom Sauce.
2. Traditional Roast Sirloin of Beef with Yorkshire Pudding and Horse Radish
Cream
3. Balsamic Vegetables with Basil Cous Cous (VEGAN)
4. Roasted Vegetable Cannelloni (V)

Dessert
1. Profiteroles flavoured with Baileys and served with a Chocolate Sauce
2. Baked Vanilla Cheese Cake with Black Cherry Compote
3. Sticky Toffee Pudding with Custard Sauce
